Bringing your audit in-house achieves the lowest cost of recovery possible. ATG-Advantage is our service option that provides data prep and hosting along with deployment of eRecover and eResolve, ATG's web audit tools, for use by clients' internal staff. ATG provides both training and support to ensure optimum performance of your team. Additionally, we are readily available as needed to augment your staff if additional capacity is required.

ATG staff conduct all of the one-time setup discussed in the Technology section. This includes analysis of all data tables to determine the audit routines supported by data and creating the scripts to convert the transaction data tables. After each audit routine is refined and tested we train client staff in its use. Links within the system access video tutorials for easy reference when needed.

Either service offers virtually no risk as the exisitng service provider can remain in place as a safety net behind ATG's near real-time review or our in-house support initiative until their recovery results become negligible.
