The timing for each audit routine is mutually established so as not to conflict with normal business processes. Case in point, the timing of a warehouse billback audit routine would be performed no sooner than 30 days after the close of each program to provide clients' Accounts Receivable personnel time to initiate their billings; Off-Invoice audit routines would be initiated as soon as feasible as there is no business reason to delay the process. Timing of each routine is jointly established with our clients in order to best support their needs.
